We were able to get a few hours of work last Sunday afternoon and the Mrs took this picture while I was downloading from the trail cameras. Pointed to the southwest, she was able to capture the shades of the cloud filled sky as the sun departs for the day.
We worked up firewood almost to sunset today. It was good to see the winter sun coming through the trees. No ticks, no chiggers! Life is good.
ReplyDeleteI spent Sunday afternoon walking the field corn that our renter combined on Saturday. I filled a couple of 5 gal buckets and finished hanging doors on the lean-to and downloaded the trail cameras. The soft maples were filled with finches and me without my camera. No sun but temps hit 40. Not bad for December.
