I heard a buzzin in my ears

I suffer from tinnitus but I could hear this contraption circling overhead:

I looks like a Rutan design but the flyer didn't land to offer a closer look.

Camera mystery

Something decided to chew on one of our Stealthcam cameras.

Lots of teeth marks but no pictures to give us a clue. These are rugged little cameras and I left it on the small mulberry tree so it can continue to give us some of our better pictures from the acreage.

Trail cam picture, blotting out the sun

Taken at 6:04 the evening of 3/21/14 in what appears to be an eclipse but that wouldn't be the case for Iowa on that day. Pointed up the hill to the neighbor's house to the west:

An interesting aberration from one of the trail cameras. There is nothing wrong with the camera, and it has been working well, before and since, to deliver pictures of deer, dogs and coyotes. Other than eating through batteries, I have no complaints.
